Hi All!

It’s Wednesday which means we are halfway through the week! 🙂 Today I’m sharing what I wore over the weekend in anticipation of what was supposed to be a “big snowstorm.” It was a total bust with mostly wind and rain BUT on the upside, I do have a new pair of snow boots that are still in pristine condition just begging to be used! 🙂 I had been eyeing these Sorel wedge boots since the fall and kept trying to find them on sale. They are a little bit cheaper on Amazon, but I could never find a true sale and eventually caved and ordered them from Zappos. I ordered a few different sizes to make sure I was getting the perfect fit since they are expensive. I would say that they run true to size. I ended up sticking with my usual size of 8.5, as the 8 was just a little too tight in the toe box. The 8.5 is a little roomy, but that’s good in case I ever want to wear really thick socks. I love the wedge on these winter boots since it makes them a bit more fashionable!  You can wear them all the time and not look silly if it isn’t actually snowing out! Zappos offers them in a bunch of different colors and I love ordering from there because they offer free next day shipping and free returns AND when you do return, they credit back your card once UPS scans the return label which is so nice that you don’t even have to wait for the merchandise to get back to their facility before being credited! A+++

When I took these pictures I was waiting for the snow to start falling, so I paired the boots with my favorite cozy winter themed ski sweater! This sweater is 100% wool and is sooooo warm! I love it because of the little skiers, which just make it so cute in my opinion! I’ve had this sweater for years and it is still holding up nicely. It is actually a men’s sweater from Lands End but sadly, I couldn’t currently find anything similar on their website. I am linking a few other chunky knit sweaters that I am loving lately and most of them are all on sale!!

This TopShop zip up chunky cardigan looks so warm and black and white is such a classic color combo! It’s on sale for 50% off!

This L.L. Bean duck sweater is so fun & cute!

I featured this men’s sweater before in a post about holiday sweaters and it’s now under $30!

This Talbots sweater is only $27.99!

Urban Outfitters has a bunch of items out right now with such early 90s retro vibes and I’m loving them all! I swear I had this same striped sweater in 4th grade!

Isn’t this little bear adorable? RIP Boo – which is who this stuffed animal is modeled after.

I also noticed that Gap has a bunch of great chunky knit sweaters on sale! I own this one is a few colors and it’s really high quality and very warm!

That’s all for today! I am hoping that eventually we get some snow here. It’s really been quite the dry winter and I know everyone gets sick of the snow, but we haven’t had ANY and it just seems so blah without any snow for a whole winter. Plus, I want to wear my boots! 😉

Do you want it to snow? And have you purchased any new snow boots or winter clothing that you have yet to wear?! Let me know in the comments!
