Pretty in Pink * Holly Wants It All

Hi All!!

So just a quick story about the title of this post!

Yes, everyone knows that 80s movie, but also one time in college I was going to the movies with my roommate, Trem, who was wearing a pink puffy vest. We were at a movie theater in Boston, which was huge and we were going up the escalator. This random old guy was going down the other escalator and as we crossed paths with him, he starts serenading with “prettyyyyy, pretty in a piiiink veeeeesssst” to my roommate. OMG – I cracked up. I’m like “awww Trem, this old guy loves you!!” And from then on any time she ever wore anything pink, I would sing “pretty in a pink shirt” or tank top, shorts, whatever she was wearing that was pink, etc! And to this day I cannot look at a pink vest or watch the movie without thinking of this random time!

So with that little tidbit out, today I am posting a springtime look & sharing a few other springtime sandals that have caught my eye recently!

There have been tons of good sales lately and Old Navy especially has been offering cute spring-ish clothing & accessories for dirt cheap prices! The only annoying part is that their sales fluctuate almost daily so if you think it’s a really good deal, then you need to order that day because it will probably be a higher price tomorrow.

I wore this look last weekend, but since my work dress code is pretty casual, I would wear this to work as well! Old Navy does a casual tunic style button down well and I scooped this one up for $12 a couple of weeks ago! It’s still in stock and also is offered in a purple stripe.

My jeans are also from Old Navy, but this wash is from last year. They are the built-in sculpt jeans and I really like them. They totally suck you in and I love the elastic waistband! I had to go up a size in these, so I would recommend trying on in store or ordering a couple of different sizes to make sure you get the best fit!

Y’all already know how much I love the clear trend in accessories this season since I already posted about my clear bag! So it’s no surprise that I totally love my clear bedazzled sandals! These are from Target and I got them in the middle of winter when I knew I couldn’t wear them for months, but they were so cheap that I had to get them! Sadly, this exact pair is sold out now, but I’ve seen tons of similar styles that I am linking below in the carousel!

Also, the cup I’m holding in this picture is from Starbucks in Target! They have the cutest set of Easter coffee cups! If you look at them closely, you can see that some have bunnies or eggs on them!
